- How do I make my first order?

It is very easy to buy for the first time. Just follow these steps: 
1 - Find the products you wish to receive.
2 - Select the desired number of each product.
3 - Click on “Add To Cart”.
4 - Click on the shopping cart.
5 - Choose your shipping address.
6 - Payment will be a cash deposit in the bank account number displayed after ordering products.

- What advantages do I get from registering?
By becoming a registered user you gain access to all sections, including the forum and social network. You can download product manuals and get special prices and information about specific delivery times.

- How do I register?
From all web pages, you can register by clicking the "Sign up" button on the top right of the page.

- When should I register a business account or change my personal account for a business account?

Businesses have special needs and legal obligations and for this reason Electric Automation Network offers personal accounts and business accounts. If you use Electric Automation Network for commercial purposes you should change your personal account for a business account.

if you are not sure whether your activity can be considered a business or not, consider the following guidelines:

Business account
An account is considered a business account if:

  • You buy items for resale.
  • You regularly buy a considerable quantity of items.
  • You often buy new items that are not for personal use.
  • You buy items for your company.

Personal account
An account is considered personal if you buy items for personal use.
If in doubt, contact your legal advisor to determine whether your activity can be considered a business and obtain more information about the legal obligations of a client company.

- What are the advantages of a business account?
Client companies have access to special wholesale prices.

- I forgot my username or password. What can I do?
Click the Login button. This section has a link called ‘Forgot your username or password?’ to guide you through the necessary process.

- Having registered, how can I change my data?
From the ‘My Account’ page you have access to all your data either for reference or for alteration.

1. You can return a product for the following reasons: 
If you change your mind having made the order and payment, the product does not meet your expectations or it is damaged, you can still cancel your order.

2. Return time.
From the date of receipt of the order, the Customer has 7 days to request a return.

3. Do I have to pay to return an article?
For returns:

Having received and checked the products, we will pay the corresponding amount into your account, applying the general conditions of sale, delivery and payment.
Packaging costs and postage to our warehouse are borne by you.


For repairs in guarantee period:
If the product is in guarantee period, we will check it, repair it and return it with postage due.
In the event that after checking and analysing the equipment the damage detected is found not to be covered by the guarantee, we will send the repair analysis along with a quote for the repair work.
This quote will be subject to possible price changes, which will be notified, in the event of further damage being detected after completing the repair.
In the event of purchase of new equipment to replace equipment under repair, the equipment under repair will remain property of the manufacturer.
You must know the characteristics of the material, assuming any errors arising from incompatibilities between the equipment and the application for which it has been used.
Non-acceptance of the repair quote does not exempt you from paying the cost of the analysis of the unit.


For repairs outside the guarantee period:
If the product is not under guarantee, you will be sent a repair report including a quote.
This quote will be subject to possible price changes, which will be notified, in the event of further damage being detected after completing the repair. In the event of purchase of new equipment to replace equipment under repair, the equipment under repair will remain property of the manufacturer. Guarantees
On all its products, Electric Automation Network offers the same guarantee period as that offered by the manufacturers for defects in material and workmanship. These guarantee periods range from 6 to 36 months, according to the brand. Defects caused by misuse or improper handling are not covered by guarantee.
Customers also have the possibility of informing us of any defect or missing material within 7 days of receipt of the shipment.
At the time of purchase you can choose from several different totally secure means of transport according to the desired delivery time.


- Shipment
Are my shipments insured?

Yes. Venuse Elect. & Lighting includes insurance for all shipments. This insurance is included in the price of postage.

- Billing
- How will I get my bill?

Along with the material you will receive a bill with the billing address you entered when registering.
